A group of Thrissur residents forms an Advisory Body, collaborating with the local administration to provide valuable insights and support. Comprising diverse backgrounds and expertise, they offer advice on public matters, urban development, and community welfare, acting as a liaison between the community and administrative authorities for informed decision-making and community enhancement.
Sahrudaya Blood and Eye Society
Established on December 31, 1997, the Sahrudaya Blood and Eye Society, equipped with a mobile unit, conducts free eye camps and blood grouping activities every Sunday. On National and Religious days, we host blood donation camps, drawing large participation from college students and the public. JMMC serves as the headquarters for the Kerala Blood Donors Forum and Sahrudaya Eye Society.

A dedicated team of social workers, including retirees from diverse backgrounds, spends afternoons assisting outpatients in the hospital. 'Nanma' Counselling Centre
The sanctity of human life is paramount, and the fundamental right to live is of utmost importance. It is the societal duty to safeguard its members. This responsibility can only be fulfilled through comprehensive social transformation, wherein the lives of individuals become more straightforward, and community members exhibit genuine concern for each other. In pursuit of this mission, the suicide prevention counseling center 'NANMA' operates within JMMC.
