Overview

Urology is a medical specialty that focuses on the diagnosis, treatment, and management of disorders and diseases of the male and female urinary tract system, as well as the male reproductive system. Urologists are trained to treat a wide range of conditions affecting the kidneys, ureters, bladder, urethra, and adrenal glands, as well as the male reproductive organs including the prostate, testes, and penis.

The department of urology was established in the year 1999 by Dr. Srinivas Shenoy. He held the reins of the department for almost a decade, until he was joined by Dr. Harris Paul in 2009. Together, with our hard work and dedication this department has reached the zenith of excellence. At present we cater to the needs of more than 12,000 patients a year and provide comprehensive services of the highest standard for diseases affecting the urogenital organs.
